One item was a fix one item was preventive. The rates were so reasonable I went ahead with both. I believe I sidestepped an electrical issue which would have been 4X as expensive if ignored. And fast!! Very little downtime.

Electrician stayed until he fix the problem completely. He went under the house found a wire were the installation was partially burned off,fix it and now or electricity is just working perfectly.

The technician was running late and he called me to explain the situation (the job he was at was taking exceptionally long time to complete). He arrived about 3 hours past the window dispatch had given - so that's why I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 for customer service. Not the technician's fault; perhaps whoever does scheduling should have backups, call me rather than relying on the technician. A bit pricey but given that it took 2 hours of work and clearly not something I could have done on my own, it was worth it. The technician took his time and did a quality, no-rush job (even though it was early evening and he had two more jobs in queue.
