Was very impressed with the professional service. Rene was fantastic. Started with the initial request for changes to kitchen appliances power but was more grateful when he discovered a faulty circuit breaker and was able to immediately correct that too. Thank you Rene you will always be our go to guy.

After 20 years, our under cabinet lighting began to fail. Enlisted Green Electric to replace all 5 units. While these existing units were using fluorescent bulbs, our technician, with our approval, installed units with LED lights which are much more energy efficient. BIG thanks to John, our technician, and to Green Electric Solutions!

Contractor came out and gave an estimate a little lower than the other three estimates. After they got a couple hours into the job they said the price would be more because they had to trench more. I said no and he gave in and kept the original price. The next day he asked if I wanted the job inspected by the city. I said of course and that should be part of the price quoted. He said it would be $450 more because it is extra. I told him I would not pay more and he will need to have it inspected, not me as he said. I told him I would call the city inspection department and he gave in again and kept the price the same. Then it took five visits by the city inspector to pass the very simple job he did at my home. Hire at your own risk.

We are a professional electrical company and when there are issues out of our control for the scope of work of course there is going to be an additional charges to cover our time and material. This is something we never expect - but we are always upfront and honest with the customer - some times jobs require contract changes - its clearly stated on the contract the customer signed - we did all the work by code and it passes inspection. Sometimes there are unforeseen issues that arise during a project which are out of our control and Walter unfortunately didn't understand the contract he signed
