Juan did a fantastic job replacing my old ceiling light with a new LED model that will save money on my power bill AND gives my kitchen much better lighting! I hope to hire him again soon to install the required carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Very personable and accommodating young man!

Ceiling fan was installed acceptably. Receptacle replacement and dead circuit troubleshooting were below standards. Extra wire was pulled before true cause of dead circuit ( wire loose in neighboring receptacle) was found and fixed. Lead electrician was competent, the 3 others in the crew did little. Replacement face plates not consistent in color. Some are white and some off white. Loose screws and bits of wire are still being found. Though I agreed to the contract, the cost seems excessive for the scope of work done.

When I was contacted the person I spoke with made it clear that Down Town was not a favorite because of parking. I told him I would pay for parking. He had a service guy call me to schedule. When the service guy called I told him I had made special arrangements for is parking, so not to worry parking would not be an issue. 15 minutes before he was to arrive, he called and said his van was in for service and he would be about 3 hours late. I got someone else for the job.
