The electrician, ERIC, did an outstanding job both identifying the source of the problem and quickly correcting it. Eric also did a nice job up selling for his company, as the entire electrical panel was replaced and updated after thirty years. ERIC was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He took the time and made the effort to fully explain in a step-by-step easily understandable way.

This customer was a contractor himself who tried to perform the work himself who approved the price before we did the work and changed his mind after it was done. We gave him a large discount to make him satisfied because that is our goal and he accepted the new price and signed the contract - why would he write this review when he accepted our price with a substantial discount -
