"The Powers family from Termite Science were the first to respond. Michael was very nice and offered to schedule an inspection, which I accepted. Christopher was punctual and arrived at the designated time. I could see immediately his terrific customer service skills and his enthusiasm to do excellent work. He took the time to explained the phases of his inspection and appeared very knowledgeable about his profession. After the inspection Chris shared his findings and recommended options. I elected to have my house treated in the problem areas. Chris systematically treated my attic, garage, eaves/fasia, and the soil around my home. He communicated with me every time he moved to a different treatment zone and describe how the different products used would kill termites. Chris was friendly, hardworking and informative. Although a free annual inspection a year from now was included in the treatment guarantee, he offered to return to address any new termite infestations if I found any. I also learned that Chris and Mike are qualified to repair damaged wood and that they don't contract out to others. The bottom line is that I would hire this company again and would recommend my neighbors to consider them."

We asked for a tenting estimate for a triplex and received it in a timely manner and it was considerably lower than any other estimate we received.
