Electrician seemed to know his stuff. Diagnosed one outlet without a ground, found the nearby junction with a ground, grounded that outlet. Only 4 outlets total, but I'm happy with the results.

Good troubleshooting of failed outlets. Repair delayed due to need to get part but done quickly. Communication with this vendor was very good - multiple phone calls keeping me informed, clear and courteous.

Went above and beyond! The job was to just add a new electrical outlet underneath countertop for a new gas cooktop. In the process our electrician discovered no grounding on any of the outlets in the kitchen of this old house. He replaced all of them and will be coming back to do the rest of the house soon! A safety hazard averted! Excellent, quick and efficient! Highly recommend!
