Green Solar Electric Solutions (GSES) helped with addressing my DIY attempt at converting pre-existing recessed lighting into pendant lighting. The kits I installed were incorrect and GSES came in and brought everything to code. Lights are working perfectly like I originally intended. The technicians were respectful and cleaned after themselves, even had their own vacuum and collected their trash at the end of the job. I was pleased with the outcome and see myself as a returning customer.

As I previously documented in the Home Advisor text, , after the original communication with Jonathan, there is nothing positive about the experience with the technician. He did not know what he was doing, nor did he accurately depict the situation to his superior. Offered to pay for the "service" , but was never acknowledged. Beware of Green Electric.

Sir I usually appreciate the time a customer takes to review us good or bad, but in this case i really wished you showed more respect and courtesy of another fellow human being and our company. we fixed your problem and you were extremely disrespectful personally to our electrician, and he decided not to take a dime from you because he thought with all your personal disrespect and disregard for his expertise that you would at least respect him for not charging you and left with your fan working sir. how in all honesty could you review our company for half a star when we showed up on a Sunday for a free estimate and my electrician left you with a working fan and switch and did not charge you a dime and you caution here to beware of our company? personally sir I am shocked that you can be this arrogant and rude to take the time to slander a company that fixed a problem of yours on a Sunday no less for free and that is still not good enough for you.

This company responded quickly. The repairman was competent enough but was extremely expensive. We had the work done because my dad has been ill and I didn't want him bothered further but WAY overpriced.

I called on Saturday and Juan coun't come until the following Monday at 9:00 pm that's a long wait. But he was so nice and knew his stuff. When I called Home Advisor that Saturday I had no idea it was going to be a long wait not good.
