"These guys really stand behind their work. They went a I've and beyond. In our case we had a failed compressor on a heat pump. These guys were very honest and upfront on the options. They kept pricing reasonable and really knew their stuff. After the work was done I went ahead and got a service contract with them. We had a few little issues with the job but they took it all in stride performed excellent service. We had our HVAC back online and running better than ever pretty quickly."

"I contacted Calculated Aire to replace my 30year old forced air furnace (natural gas). Edgar came out and talked thru the replacement options (whether I wanted AC, different furnace models and tonnage, etc). I decided to replace with a furnace of slightly larger capacity. Edgar procured all the materials and came back the next day. He removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He even had the good sense to install a filter housing (provides better seal for air filter and makes swaps easier). He also replaced my aging gas valve and installed a drip leg. His ductwork looked very clean as well. New heater was working within a few hours. Very happy with the service and cost. If I ever have any issues I'm calling Edgar direct."

"Came back from vacation to find our A/C was not working. In this hot weather we were looking to get the repairs done quickly. Spoke with Jeremy at Titan and expected to have to wait a couple of days. Instead, he came out first thing that morning, assessed the nature of the malfunction, obtained the necessary parts for repair and we were back in business before it started to get hot that same day. Excellent service with full explanation of the problem and how to repair with estimate of cost before he got started. Highly recommend. We were told by the Gas Co and another contractor that it needed to be replaced. Turns out it was getting no electricity so Pete reset electrical breaker then did some minor repairs and got it going. "I would say this is the BEST SERVICE YOU CAN FIND for HVAC. I had an intermittently functioning heat system where we almost replaced the $300 Next thermostat and ran a 40 foot power wire through the walls, which would have cost quite a bit. Instead, a very capable man did the right testing and found we only needed a capacitor and he had one on his truck. He then spent another hour removing the dirty fan and cleaning the whole system with Shopvac and garden hose. We'd been breathing all this dusty air and did not know it. They came the day we called and everything was handled expertly after two weeks of problems with heat and incorrect solutions suggested. Highly recommended and I will save their number!"
