Daniel had me show him the cracks that had caused me concern and took measurements at all levels of my home. He concluded that at this time, there was no significant foundation problem. It's just basic settling, and I can repair the cracks without worrying that they are signs of problems to come. I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty.

The initial consultation was handled very professionally. We were provided with a clear understanding of the job to be completed, projected time frame to start the work, and costs. The company was actually able to start the job earlier then projected. The work crew arrived on time, with the foreman introducing himself and explaining what would be done and when he expected the job to be completed. The crew worked very hard and finished the job within the estimated timeframe. Upon completion the work crew cleaned up the yard very well and for the most part returned everything, including plants to their original location. We have engaged the company to repair the foundation on another home we own.

Arrived on time, did a complete foundation inspection, gave us an oral report, as well as a book on foundation care, and we got a follow-up letter with a summary.

They were pretty good, and I thought their price was pretty reasonable.  They worked with me.  They were pretty good about being responsive in the beginning, but I have had a little trouble with getting a hold of them in the past couple of weeks.  I have been trying to get a final leveling estimate of the house from them because I have to go to another engineer for it.

Mr. Roden was punctual, articulate, thorough, and very service-oriented. After the visit, he called to ask if we had any any additional questions. Given the proposed cost of the remediation, we are considering all of our alternatives

We just moved to Texas from Iowa several months ago and had heard about foundation issues here.  We noticed some cracks in our sheetrock, and some doors were sticking during the summer also.  I bought the Big Deal for the foundation inspection and was able to set an appointment very soon after my call. Daniel Roden came out and was very punctual and professional.  He took his measurements inside and out, and I showed him areas that I was concerned about.  Daniel then sat down and drew up a floorplan of my house and the readings that were taken within the house.  He then explained to me what all the readings meant, and reassured me that I did not have any serious foundation issues at this time.  He recommended proper soil moisture to maintain the foundation.  He said our drip hoses were positioned correctly and recommended the correct duration of watering.  He also left me some pointers and tips in a brochure.  Daniel also said he would like to re-evaluate the readings in June to compare the readings and get a more indepth picture of how the foundation is reacting to soil conditions and drought.  He said there would be no charge for that re-evaluation. Daniel was very professional and I felt he was very knowledgeable.  He explained everything very well and was attentive to the concerns I had.  I appreciated his honesty and politeness.  I would certainly recommend Daniel and his company for foundation evaluation.
