Ben Lord came over to my house, he was very courteous, he removed his shoes when he walked into the house after walking around the backyard. He took the time to explain in detail the issue, solution of what the problem as well as the resolution on how to resolve the problem in a way that I would understand for laywoman. I would recommend him to anyone.

They were Very nice and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the company. I have a warranty so they are coming out to recheck my foundation. Thanks

I am very pleased with the work performed on my foundation by GL Hunt. There were able to be flexible to work around my travel schedule. They did a wonderful job repairing my foundation and caulking areas around my back door and windows.

Good company and hard workers. The 3rd party company's manager on the job wasn't that great on communication. He would disagree with what the managers at GL Hunt would say and he doesn't know how to deal with confrontation when my neighbor started screaming at us. He was a two faced person.

Job was done in a timely manner and finished on time.

Crew did a clean job with both foundation repair and drainage improvements surrounding the house. Parts of the house still didn't line up quite right, but that's to be expected of an older home. Came back a year and a half later with very significant settling - in retrospect I should have been more timely and gotten back within the 1-year warranty. The field man actually told us, mistakenly, that we were covered under warranty and then much later redacted the mistake, so we felt tossed around a little. He said he called numerous times to get in touch with us, but we've made multiple calls trying to arrange something with them. To G.L. Hunt: if you call a client, get voicemail and don't leave a message, it should be counted as good as not calling at all. A very detailed, timely and conscientious consumer may have no problems at all, but with our specific situation it was more work for us on such an expensive project than we would like. Thank you for your efforts on the house the first time around, but the follow-up care leaves us taking our business elsewhere in the future.
