G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair

The experience went better than I expected. The work was completed to my satisfaction..

The appraiser for the company came by the same day that they were contacted.He appeared to know his job, and then he sat down with my wife and I , showed us what needed to be done and the cost. It was a two day job and they cleaned up after job completion. We were completely satisfied. If I need construction work done in the future, will most likely contact HomeAdvisor. Did the work when they said ,left all foliage , when they finished it looked as if they were never here a great experience , I highly recommend then

They came on time did a through survey and told me what was needed (including drainage improvements) to fix my home They performed the entire job (24 piers) in just two days then repaired everything that had to be torn up to facilitate the foundation repairs finally, they totally cleaned everything up, including the extra loose dirt. I was very pleased with their service and the quality of their repairs. I would use them again. ;-)

Workers did a thorough and complete job. Foreman answered all questions and concerns.

They were very professional, clean, prompt. The cleaned up nicely after all the digs. They honored their original estimate even after a time span between the original estimate and when we had them come out. Everything they state in their contract is exactly what they did.  We had used MitchCo foundation previously and they did not honor their warranty or contract, therefore we had to have this job redone by G L Hunt.

Great experience. I was very please with the work crew and the foreman. The foundation is repaired and my tile floor through out house didnt crack. Thank you GL Hunt for a job well done.

Our engineer found several areas in the floor that did indeed need additional support. All in all, 3 more beams and some re-shimming were needed. GL Hunt's warranty only covers beams they install, so at first they quoted us $2,100 in additional work. I was upset because the year-old foundation work had already cost so much. However, after talking with management, they agreed to install the additional beams  at no cost because they value customer satisfaction. After this situation, I would recommend them because management was extremely polite and contacted me several times to allay my concerns. While technically they didn't have to do the extra work for free, they were willing to sacrifice profit for customer value. I really appreciated their efforts.
