G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair

G.L. Hunt was very professional, educational, and compassionate. They provided us with 3 different estimates depending if we wanted all concrete or concrete and steal or all steel (good, better and best). They explained everything to us where we could understand. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They did initial measurements for free and did measurements before lifting the house and after. I asked G.L Hunt to redo all measurements after they raised the house so I could see the differences myself, G.L. Hunt Foundation went on and above what we expected. They ensured us everything was okay. G.L. Hunt walked though every area in my home and outside with my husband. They informed us, they will provide us with free soil just in case we get sink holes from where they where digging and refills the holes they dug up. The areas we thought needed to be redone i.e. mortar and chalking touch ups G.L. Hunt came out the net day and redid everything we asked them to redo. The also informed us to call them after 90 days and they will redo measurements again to ensure everything was okay. They advised us to put up glitters around the house and they did checked our plumbing under the house within 30 days to ensure our plumbing was okay after lifting the house. We got 4 estimate and we are very happy we selected G.L. Hunt to Do our foundation work. GL Hunt did an excellent job.

Had Chris come to my home to review my foundation and was very satisfied with him professionlism and knowledge. Didn't end up needing anything for now but Hunt will be the first one I contact when I do.

G. L. Hunt was awesome to deal with and their crew did an excellent job lifting the foundation of my home. In my case, the foundation was tilting and causing cracks in my walls and I was unable to open my back door. After the lift, most of the cracks sealed themselves up and the back door now opens freely. I am really pleased the the work of the G. L. Hunt crew. They were very professional and kept me informed on everything they were doing. I would highly recommend G. L. Hunt for any foundation lifting needs. Thank you!

My husband had to tell workers to move excess dirt, so they piled it up in the backyard. We are not satisfied that the cracks in the house never closed up and actually have a few more cracks showing up

Kole Wade, their project manager, was on time as scheduled, he was courteous, professional and very clear and concise. We highly recommend Kole and this company.

The repair went well but not quite an A. It will be years (hopefully) before I will be able to evaluate if the repair stabilized the foundation. The one issue I had was that there does not appear to be enough office staff. I was told several times that I would be contacted or receive things and had to follow up (sometimes multiple times) to receive what I asked for. I was told by one office staff member that they are so busy that they sometimes miss getting things done that they commit to.

Very professional. Repairs done within the timeframe given. They were reasonably priced. I was ripped off by another company prior to hiring G L Hunt. Received a quote from another company for a ridiculous amount. They spent 3 hours in my home with a high pressure sales routine. An engineer referred me to G L Hunt. I am impressed with their work ethic and the quality of their work. So glad I hired them. I tell everybody about this company.
