We requested for an inspection from inspection. Ben arrived on time and very professional through out. Ben went aorund and found minor crack for which Ben suggetsed soaker hose instaed of trying to sell unneccesary things to customer. Though it is of free inspection and not of any revenue generating on this minor inspection, I am impressed with Ben's attitude to help customer and try to earn trust for future than suggetsing unwanted repairs. Ben spoke very high of his employer and never in practice to sell unwanted to customer. I would surely give first call to them when I need similar service next time.

We opted for the recommended best quote for repair which was the superior piers and the max number of piers. Two piers needed to go under existing concrete pads. They were clean cuts to the slabs and the patch was nearly perfect. The process and end result gives me confidence in the integrity of the lift. I don't anticipate we will have any future problems with regard to the completed section. In the event I need future interior piers, this will be the company I call, but they said fixing what we did will go a long way in preventing a future expense. The workers were very nice and courteous. They understood we had pets and made allowances for their outdoor needs. They cleaned around the entire house when they finished, and I didn't lose any tree's or shrubs. This was of great concern to me and I was very pleased about this.
