I had a good experience with G.L. Hunt from the beginning with the project manager Dustin the project manager. Alex and his crew were very professional. They worked hard in hot temperature and did a super job. They did an excellent job cleaning up. Alex explained each step thru the project.

I was quoted a price and GL Hunt not only honored the agreement but the crew put in an extra pier at no charge. The foundation repair fixed several issue with in the house.

The reviews were positive; one review talked about what a good job they did with the landscaping. When I talked with the representative, he said they would dig up the plants with a ball of dirt to keep the roots moist and then replant after they were finished. The workers showed up on time and started to work. I looked out a little later and saw a mound of dirt with the plants laying on top; they had not kept a dirt ball around any of the plants. We also a rock perimeter around the landscaping that was destroyed as they dug up the landscape around the front of the house. They did offer to replace the plants, but I was upset about the way the landscaping was replaced and told them not to bother.

I want to apologize that we fell short of outstanding customer service. I'm really surprised about seeing this review. When we completed your job back in January you signed off on the job completion paperwork that we were excellent and you were very happy with the work that was performed on your home. We sent out our quality control specialist to do before and after pictures as we do on every job. I reviewed your before and after pictures and it looks like the clean up on the job was good and your home was put back to the way it looked when we started. Of course it won't be perfect because the soil has been disturbed and it takes time for the soil to compact itself back down completely. However, we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction so please let us know what we can do. I see in your review that we already offered the replace the plants but you declined. Is there something else we could do?

The only disappointing item was a 15 inch high copper pipe sprinkler was left at an angle of about 15 degrees off vertical. This pipe was located by the front door where it was highly visible. I had to fix it myself.
