Write a ReviewRyan diagnosed our HVAC problems and repaired them quickly and accurately. He was polite, professional, thorough, and congenial. We highly recommend him and Roth Heating & Cooling.

Great. Seasonal service from Lukas.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad we were able to get your HVAC system tuned-up.
The service I received from Roth was EXCELLENT! Roth fixed a problem that could have resulted in a fire had it not been attended to. It was worth every penny! The cost of the trip is deducted from the bill if they do the repair so I didn't feel as though I was getting ripped off. I had previously paid another company, let's call them, GreenBasket, half the amount I paid Roth to troubleshoot a lamp post sensor plug! The sarcastic response from one of the owners who claimed I should be happy it was only a $4 fix missed the point because it actually cost a total of $339 for a job that took less than 30 minutes. With Roth, I believe I have finally found a company that does electrical services that are reasonably priced!

Service was fast and efficient. The electricians were very personable and accommodating.
Thank you for the great review!
It will not let me leave one star. My father is 85 & lives in OC. He's been using Roth Heating & Cooling for many years for all household system maintenance & repairs. His 50 gallon water heater went out. He called Roth and they replaced it. It's in the garage & easy to get to. There were no leaks or other work needed. It was a like for like swap. It took one plumber 3 hours. They charged him $3500 (yep $3500) for the weekday, non emergency service. He also paid them a monthly preferred customer fee for things just like this. I hit the roof. I had him price the EXACT water heater & it was apx $600. The rest, $2900 was labor. That breaks down to $966.66 per hour for labor. He called them & they refunded $800. That means he was still charged $2700 for a 3 hour call. That's still $700 an hour just for labor. At 85, calling for estimates is daunting & he trusted Roth. He has agreed to call around, or let me help in the future. He has also removed himself from the preferred customer program. SHAME ON YOU ROTH. Taking advantage of him was disgraceful. At 85, the internet is a struggle. And he TRUSTED Roth.
Jacob and his crew were here on time and did an excellent job of replacing our old furnace and AC. They were so courteous, thorough and careful working around our stuff in the garage! We are very pleased with how organized and careful Jacob and his crew were.
Thank you for the awesome review! We're so glad we were able to get your new furnace and air conditioner installed to help keep you comfortable.

The team from Roth did a great job installing a new HVAC system in our home. Hanna, Tim, and Daniel were professional, speedy, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

The electrician was at my house for 15 minutes, flipped a switch on my circuit box and charged $250! REALLY???
We had a pipe burst in our garage, and needed repair. Since they installed our furnace and ac, and we were "members", thought we might get quicker service using them. We didn't, as most of Portland had pipe issues around the holiday. Our problem was with the gross overcharge($624) of expanding an existing hole in our sheetrock to expose more of the burst pipe to repair. After multiple attempts to have our invoice looked at/modified/corrected, no such luck. While the pipe did get fixed, we chose to cancel our "membership", and we would not recommend them for any sort of repair.
