Ted and the crew did a great job

Jim & Dre did a very thorough, meticulous job today replacing the worn out can light in our kitchen. They were both personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they explained the problem to a non-electric person so I could understand it. If I need any more electrical work done, I will definitely call Roth & ask for them again.

Roth is a great company with which to do business. I'm signed up for their program that does biannual calls to inspect HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. I've found all of their technicians to be professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Today, Cheyenne did the electrical inspection. She did a wonderful job of communicating her findings and recommendations. As I mentioned above, she's a good ambassador for Roth. I highly recommend Roth's services.

Darren arrived right when I was scheduled for! He was very professional and walked me through what he was doing with might AC, as well as the importance of why. Very thorough service! Highly recommend!

This morning I had a service call with Roth to fix my temperamental a/c unit. I called Roth first thing this morning and spoke with Brittney. Letting her know my unit stopped working yesterday. She went above and beyond and was able to get me squeezed in the same day. YAY!!! Just a couple hours later Berry and his tech assistant arrived. I was able to inform them on what problem I was having and let them get to work. A little while later they let me know they replaced a board on my unit. Barry informed me that he already contacted his supervisor and was able to replace it with no charge. Again, another YAY!!! Having things break or go wrong in your home is stressful enough. Finding a good company with great employees is a breath of fresh air. Roth is lucky to have these employees Representing them. I will continue to recommend them to others and call them for future jobs. Thank you again.

One tech, Jacob Bailey, did a thorough testing and servicing of the A/C and then reviewed immediate and future concerns about the system. He made recommendations about further diagnostic testing and a recommendation about the likely need to replace the blower capacitor. Will Adams found a leak in the instant hot water dispenser and said it needed to be replaced. He suggested options for Roth doing the entire replacement and install or purchasing the unit and then having it installed Both techs were clear in their presentation of what needed to be addressed and offered options without any pressure.
