Write a ReviewI am pleased with them.Â
It went really well, prices is actually is reasonable. I hired them thru costco and had a 10% cashback. No issues and lennox is highly recommended
Outstanding
They completed the service as I had requested.
They determined there was a crack in the pump and that the tube was fine. Since there was a little water damage on the floor - the leak must have been going for a few days and caused some laminated flooring to buckle in the hallway outside the furnace room - they recommended we install a water sensor as well as a new pump. In order to keep the issue from reoccurring they also suggested we build a 2x4 railing around the new pump/sensor installation to keep anything from accidentally bumping and cracking the pump again. The pumps are plastic and apparently crack easily. They recommended a service plan to check out the furnace and A/C twice a year and, with the discount on the repair service provided by signing up, we basically received 6 months of service for free.
Very well. From our first call, Kelley and Angie were very polite and helpful in setting up and dispatching the service technicians. Matt and Eugene showed up on time, put covers on their shoes before entering our house, were very professional and answered all of our questions. Matt appeared to be thorough in diagnosing and inspecting our heating pipes in the utility room and up in the attic. They didn't find any malfunction or anything wrong with the system. With this colder than normal weather we've been having, our older boiler/furnace is not as efficient as we would like.
They were very attentive. I actually walked in and because I was just uncomfortable going with another company they had helped me out when I first bought my home for a neck down. They just put it out where I could pick it up and I sad these are the things I wanted to use in the future and they added some additional plumbing and electrical into their business. So, I was kind of excited to see that and they worked it in to get it taken care of immediately and great pricing, very well done customer service, explained to me what I needed to know on how to operate because it was a gas water heater. They were very good and very prompt and very efficient. I would recommend them. The price was pretty competitive and that was with it installed and hauling it all the way and everything. From me walking into their building at the counter service and them getting the guy that was in charge of it and getting what I needed and scheduling it they were very quick on the service. The turnaround was from the time I walked in the door to having it done was just a couple of days which I didn't have any emergency and I was just being proactive on having it replaced. It was for a gas water heater and it was not an electric so the gas was a little bit more expensive.
We've had them for years. I would use them again. They do fine.
Everything was great. The tech showed up on time and always put on shoe covers when he came in the house. I've always had great service from Roth's Heating. I have signed up for their Bronze plan that charges me monthly and includes 2 routine service calls (including filter) and discounts on parts and response time to any repair calls. We have an older heat pump, so I think this will keep it in top shape.
Maintenance was thorough and efficiently undertaken.  The technician paid particular care not to track debris and dirt into the house while working on the outside components of the HVAC system. He wore boot protectors when in the house at all times.  All the technicians from Ponderosa have been courteous, professional and efficient. The installation of the Ecobee3 went smoothly and required careful scrutiny of the system wiring. Some changes were needed to take advantage of the Ecobee3 application and the technician went to great lengths to explain the logic of the thermostat and how the new connections took advantage of the device's intelligence.  As an aside, the Ecobee3 has already made a significant difference to the indoor environment and we recommend it. Overall, we are very happy with the service from Ponderosa and recommend their HVAC services.
