Cam came out and they were great. They were very professional.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH ROTH'S: We just completed a 3 day install on our new home. The folks at Roth's were able to accommodate my schedule to review what we needed, followed up prior to our install, were clean, professional, helpful, and patiently answered all my questions. Any concerns I had were met with, and quot;no problemand quot;, and quot;if it is important to you, then that's what we'll doand quot;, or complete, comprehensible explanations. Rita, in the home office, is great as were Lyle and Matt, who assessed our home and coordinated our install. Sam, Jeff, and Dustin were with me for 3 days installing the new system, vents, and ductwork. They were always pleasant to me and each other, were well-spoken, polite, and knowledgable. if I walked by carrying something heavy, they offered to help. The music they listened to was kept to reasonable levels and was either county pop or classical (which was a first). They showed up on time, ready to work, and communicated with me so I knew what to expect. They made sure I understood what I needed to know about my system and communication with their offices and Lennox before they left. I have noticed other reviews have been critical of Roth's price point. I wish Angie's List had a and quot;good valueand quot; option on their rating system. As a business owner myself, I know that you don't attract, train, and retain quality people without paying them well. Personally, I'd rather have folks that know what they're about throughout the process rather than suffer the consequences of being a training ground for newer, lower compensated employees. ABOUT THE LENNOX PRODUCT: We have severe broad spectrum allergies which trigger asthma so a good system is crucial to our health and daily comfort. We had a large home previously so had a separate system for the living room/ kitchen/dining room/ entry vs. the bedrooms. We had a new Lennox in the first area and an old system in our bedrooms. Walking from our bedrooms to the common areas of tour previous house sold me on the efficiency of the Lennox systems. The air was clean, our allergies were improved, the temperature was consistently comfortable, and the system was quiet. We bought the service contract as high efficiency systems need regularly scheduled maintenance and continued to be happy with our choice for 3 years. When we moved, we knew we wanted the same system and were referred to Roth's by our old provider as we had moved out of the previous provider's service area. I have had the system running for 21/2 days and am already noticing a reduction of my asthma and allergies.
We interviewed four heating and air conditioner contractors. Roth is backed by Costco and their price was in the ballpark of the other four contractors. Plus, we received a $700 gift card from Costco. Roth gave specific details on what type of furnace and air conditioner would work for our house. We chose a a Lennox Elite gas furnace and a Lennox Elite Air Conditioner. A new Lennox Comfort sense thermostat was also installed. The technicians, Glenn and Jason were very knowledgeable and professional. They removed our old units with little mess. iA new condensation tube was installed on the outside of the house. It is housed in a plastic case which we will paint.. They even upgraded the duct work for the furnace. Roth was very easy to work with and I was especially impressed with Glenn and Jason. .Our previous furnace and AC were over 20 years old. It's a relief to have them replaced

We decided to replace our 21 year old gas furnace with a new one since the old one had a crack in the heating manifold and would not last another season. We got three bids that ranged from $5,000 to $13,000. The salesman from Roth told us that we should wait for a special deal with Costco in May to reduce our cost further. He then called us back in May and said the deal at Costco is being offered and asked if we would like to go ahead with the replacement. We We decided to go with the proposal from Roth Heating since it was a good price and the salesman was knowledgable and very helpful. Our experience with the other companies sales people was negative. They were high pressure sales people who made us feel like we had to make a decision now or be forced to pay 25% more if we wanted to think about their proposals over the next several days. Roth called to schedule the installation a couple of weeks later and did a great job installing the new more energy efficient system in about 1/2 day. Over the next few weeks we felt the system wasn't cooling as well as the old one, so we called Roth back to check it out. They came back to check and test the system and found that the xfinity thermostat we had was not calibrated correctly which was causing the problem. The technician adjusted the thermostat and everything is fine now. We are very please with the new system and the work that Roth did.
The whole process went very smoothly. They gave us a quote and they were the best quote. Everyone we worked with along the way was very professional and easy to work with. We are very happy with the AC now, and wish we would have done it sooner! I would recommend them to friends for sure.
It went really great. Kirk Garvey and Frank Bruno were the two plumbers and were really great and fair. Bret Durbin came out and worked on my fireplace that went really well. He also worked on our furnace.
Visit and repairs very smooth and professionally completed in all regards. Roth able to make service call to home within one hour (we have prior relationship). New heater ordered and installed within 24 hours. Roth team highly knowledgeable and efficient, and worked well with wife and self. They are not the cheapest, but their work is very high quality, they are very responsive and they deliver fully on what they promise.
