Write a ReviewThe technician was very professional and prompt. He explained what was happening so we could understand it. He also told us it wasn't really necessary to do the repair now. We could wait another year, but he gave us the choice. We elected to do the repair now. He installed the new motor quickly and efficiently. We never hesitate to recommend Roth to anyone who needs this kind of work done.
The Roth person who answered the phone was very friendly and professional and was able to send someone the next day. The repairman put on booties to protect my floors and was very polite and efficient. The furnace didn't need any parts, just a quick fix, and he only charged me for a service call. He also checked everything over while he was there. I was delighted with their fast service and quick fix. The only complaint I have is that when I asked what was wrong, he told me it was difficult to explain and was reluctant to explain even after I persisted. I may not understand all the inner workings of a furnace, but I'm not stupid and I would have appreciated a brief explanation in layman's terms without being made to feel I wouldn't understand.
Work was excellent. The team was punctual, professional and took extra care to protect the house. They wore booties to avoid tracking in dirt and looked for ways to avoid creating dusty or dirty conditions in the home. They found and adopted a different approach to completing the work by realizing they could remove the rusted out ducts without using a jackhammer to concrete around the ducts.
The experience of getting an estimate was great. No high pressure, and also the only company of the five I got estimates from who didn't ask if I needed to have someone else with me for the paperwork. The guys showed up for the job on time and with lots of energy. They worked like mad, even though it was 40 degrees in my house and garage. They cleaned up everything they touched and left the garage cleaner than they found it. After the work was done, the lead installer talked me through the maintenance process. I have called them out for a maintenance call since the installation, and the guy was great about explaining things to me. I have recommended them to other people who have also had excellent experiences.
MOST PEOPLE JUST PICK UP THESE FILTERS AT THE STORE. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN I DIDNT WANT TO DRIVE THAT FAR. ABOUT 30 MIN AFTER I CALLED THEY CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES LIVED CLOSE TO ME AND HE COULD COME AND DROP IT OFF. NOT ONLY DID HE DROP IT OFF BUT HE INSTALLED IT FOR ME AS WELL. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. THEY ARE THE BEST. ANOTHER COMPANY WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $39 JUST FOR THE FILTER.
I THINK THEYRE TRUSTWORTHY AND THEY DO HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, WHEN YOU CALL UP. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY TO WORK WITH AND THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IVE TRUSTED THEM OVER THE YEARS. I THINK THEYRE TELLING ME THE TRUTH ABOUT REPAIRS, AS THERE IS NEVER AN EXTRA COST. IF SOMETHING NEEDS REPAIRED THEY SHOW ME.
THEY WERE COURTEOUS ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CONDUCTED THEIR WORK ON SITE QUICKLY. THEY DID NOT TRACK OIL AND DIRT THROUGH THE HOUSE EITHER.
THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. FROM THE SALES PERSONNEL TO THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PURCHASER-FRIENDLY.
ROTH WAS TIMELY and PROFESSIONAL. THE REPAIR WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO CONVINCE US TO REPLACE THE FURNACE. THE IGNITION MODULE WAS REPLACED.
THE INITIAL PLACEMENT OF THE UNIT WENT FINE. THE 5 SERVICE CALLS THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR DID NOT GO WELL. WE ONLY HAVE HAD THE UNIT 1 1/2 YEARS AND I BELIEVE IT SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN IT HAS. WE HAD TO HAVE THE FAN REPLACED AFTER 14 MONTHS AND HAVE HAD TO HAVE THE COOLANT ADJUSTED 3 TIMES, SO THE AIR CONDITIONER WOULD WORK. WE ALSO HAD TO HAVE THEM RESET THE HEAT PUMP TO MAKE THE HEAT WORK.
