I use them for all of my heating, too. They came out and identified the problem. He was a very friendly fellow and he gave us some information about who we would be able to contact because we were under warranty. They could have had quicker appointments and to improve he could have been able to fix it. He was not able to fix it.

Cody V. was very knowledgeable  and a good communicator.  He inspected all the plumbing in the house, repaired the plumbing leak under the house, installed a water line to my refrigerator, replaced old washer intake hoses, a toilet seat and installed a new shower head.  One of his colleagues, Randy, came and helped him by installing a missing pressure relief pipe (or something like that) on the water heater.  They also showed me where and how to turn the water off and on at the main.
