They service my oil furnace. Our technician is very nice, Professional and gets everything done well.

It was a very positive experience. They had to remove a 50 year old furnace which barely fit through the basement door. The duct work was challenging but they did a beautiful job.

Roth Heating and Cooling Company is really reliable. We have had a lot of work done from them in the past. We have never had a problem with their work. I would recommend them. We had a problem with one of our appliances in the past and they were not able to fix it in their first visit. They kept at it and came back four times until the problem was fixed. However, they only charged us for one service call. I was pretty impressed. That’s why I chose them to put in our new heating and cooling unit. I think their prices are pretty good; I didn’t shop around a lot. The machines they put in are of high quality. I would use them again in the future.

They were there when scheduled. Did the work in the expected time. Furnace works great. The one of the guys (I don't have his name) was very detail oriented made sure it was neat and everything was at right angles. It was GREAT! Inspector was impressed at how neat everything was and that all the corners were exact. Please keep up the good work and give that guy kudos!

I don't know if anything stood out particularly. They were good, I was happy with the service, but I don't know that it was any different than anyone else I've used. The people were good, professional, helpful and I was happy with them. I didn't have any problems or anything. I think the price was comparable to what I expected. I had someone else a couple weeks earlier who was coming out to clean the air ducts, they wanted to do something to my oil heater so I called to ask them to make sure it was something I should do and they were very responsive. As far as punctuality, I think they might have even called and came early.
