Scheduled an appt. They didn't come. Called them an hour and a half past the appt window. They apologized and rescheduled. Finally came out. Charged extra for gas to come out! Shifty, suspicious guy kept asking what else he could do. Offered to do garage doors and heaters and other stuff. Read the Yelp reviews. They are nice until they get your money. They botch the job and overcharge. I called to complain and the lady said she was sorry I thought I had an appt. I thought I had an appt?? I got an email verifying the appt! Complete jerks once they have your money. Would never use again, do not recommend at all.

Everything went well. I was a little bit surprised I have sticker shock. I misunderstood how much it was going to be. When I talk to the dispatcher at Roth it's been smooth pretty slick

Great work! I had repairs, as well as two sconces that needed to be disconnected. Everything was done efficiently and quickly. I knew the bill upfront so there were no surprises.

Zach was great. Friendly and had good attention to detail. Fixed drain quickly. Overall Roth seemed more expensive than we expected. This was the one downside.

James came in and I explained our situation (needing to rewire a heretofore direct wiring into a defunct and errant dishwasher to a regular plug receptacle for our new dishwasher). He methodically looked over the space above and the crawlspace below, and we discussed some options. It was an added expense to our restoration project, but one made decidedly less painful by James superior and expeditious work. Thank you!

I am very happy and satisfied with the great plumbing service that Roth provided! In particular, Will did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done and getting the job done right for an affordable price. I will definitely be calling Roth (and asking for Will) the next time I need plumbing services, maybe even for the other services they offer too.
