Originally called because one of our two heaters wasn't working. They figured out that a part wasn't working right and mostly fixed it until the new part came. Also looked at the other heater because I had noticed "funny" sounds in the garage when the heater(s) were on. They discovered a serious problem with the other heater and we ended up having to replace it. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and that didn't cost us anything. Also decided to get new air conditioners (the old ones were about 20 years old) at the same time. It took about 3 weeks to get the heater problems resolved with no heat in the kitchen family room area, which wasn't pleasant as we were having cold weather at the time, but Roth loaned us two space heaters to supplement our one tiny space heater and we survived with sweaters and blankets.

I watched what they did and kind of maintained things. The cost was a little high, but I did not check around. They were here for like 10 minutes. They answered all questions, they knew what they were doing.

Went great, Roth always sends a first class technician and they always take good care of our old system!! They do the routine service and identify potential future issues, which is helpful as it is an OLD system which we want to keep going a little longer.

They do a lot of different things but I just use them for my heating and air conditioning. They are coming out tomorrow so that I can get my air conditioning going if we ever get to that point. I pay a monthly fee so that they can come out and it includes a bunch of stuff. They've been really good. One time we had a problem where our air conditioning went out at 8 o'clock at night and they were out here within a half hour.

They've been good. We've used them for the past couple years and they always seem to do really good. My husband is the one that has more information, and he likes them.  We've been using them since 2011.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
