I was greatly impressed with the honest opinion of what little it may take to correct the problem . In other words , Honesty .

This is about a fireplace they repaired on 3/15/2020 which I found did not work on 9/12/2020 and during that time zone, I never used it. It is summertime. I called them to get a return they would call back within few days. Asked about warranty for the job they have done. Did not get any clear answers. Asked if they would not charge for checking the job they had done before and does not work now. Again I could not get any clear. So far it is clear their intentions. Once job done and get paid. No need to look back. I will update this review as things rolling.

Very knowledgeable and solved prpblem

Serviced our furnace and AC. Also fixed a mystery water leak and replaced a part with something that will help us spot the issue in the future if it happens again. They mentioned it might be time to replace the units but I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something, which I appreciated. Rated 5 stars for service, but more importantly, they gave us a next day appointment and actually showed up within the window they gave us, which, if you've had contractors and repairmen to your house, you know that that doesn't happen often. Overall, would recommend.

Repairman came out late on a hot day and repaired our air conditioner, great work at a fair price., Thank you Earthwise!
