This company was the first to respond to my message that we had no heat and came out quickly. Our heat was on after a quick analysis and repair of the problem. Morgan was friendly and professional.

My experience was wonderful. Earthwise got in touch with me within minutes of making the request, were able to schedule an appointment after hours at a time that was convenient to me and showed me what was wrong with my furnace. After deciding a new furnace was in order, they started the work by 8:00 the next morning and stayed until it was complete at 7:00 that evening. Morgan and Brett were professional and extremely courteous. If I could give them more than two thumbs up I would.

Morgan from Earthwise serviced our furnace. I originally called to have routine annual maintenance done, but the day before our appointment our furnace stop coming to temperature. Luckily, Morgan was familiar with our Carrier system and identified the problem right away. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me what went wrong with the furnace , and when I asked, showed me how I could possibly fix the problem in the future if it happened again. I would gladly recommend Earthwise Heating and Cooling to others.

Serviced two forced air gas furnaces and one air conditioning unit. Repaired the second air conditioning unit. Corrected a couple of installation issues fully explaining the solution choices. Positive experience will call again for servicing.

I called in the morning great customer service from the start. I was scheduled for the afternoon, tech called when on way, very professional he was able to analyze the problem then part was on truck so we were up and running within an hour. Very good experience I highly recommend
