The minute he walked in the door to give me a free estimate on painting the entire interior of my condo, he wowed me with his easy going personality, his knowledge, and his commitment to doing a thorough and complete job. They did the most thorough inspection of the roof among all the companies that quoted the job and were the only ones that found the location of some water intrusion. Importantly, without even having the contract yet, they took the initiative to put down a tarp on the roof, preventing days of costly water intrusion.
