My gas furnace stopped working and it exhibited symptoms similar to a previous failure (11 years ago) when the ignitor failed. I submitted a request for quotes to Angi.com. Within 30 minutes Steve contacted me, asking if he could help. I said I would research online reviews for Earthwise heating and cooling and then get back to him. After checking online reviews for 20 minutes, it appeared that Earthwise is highly rated so I called Steve back and he was able to get me an appointment for the next day at 8AM. Thomas the technician arrived at 8:08AM which I thought was REALLY good as he came from Gaston to Beaverton. After doing some diagnostic work, Thomas agreed it was the ignitor and he had it replace in less than 20 minutes. The bill was much less than I expected. Additionally Thomas pointed out one non-critical issue that I was already aware of so I knew he was not trying to upsell me. The entire service call from the time Thomas rang the door bell, to the time we finished the paper work was about 35 minutes and now we are all warm and cozy!

They came to our house within a 1/2 hour of requesting quotes. They found the furnace needed to be replaced and were able to do it the next day. Quick and professional. Recommend them.

Our furnace stopped functioning while I was out of town on business. I reached out to a local shop but they had a 2 week wait. I hopped on Angi and got a call from Earthwise in a few minutes, they were to our home within a few hours. The repairs were made quickly and cost effectively, and the house was warm when I got home and my wife was happy!

Everyone was so nice to work with! They did such a wonderful job fixing our furnace, above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. They were trustworthy, true to their word, kind, skilled professionals. We have found the company that we will continue to work with for all of our heating and cooling needs. Not often do we unreservedly recommend a company, but we will definitely recommend Earthwise!
