"Because they couldn't come right away to fix our furnace, they lent us electric room heaters on Saturday. They then came first thing Monday. Instead of insisting on ordering a new part, they simply fixed the one that was malfunctioning, and then tested it several times. Very fair and reasonable price, unlike many of the larger companies, who have recently started charging two or three times what they should for the work they do."
