Having your furnace broken and needing to have it fixed is a challenging task. When I called early evening, the owner personally came by and dropped of portable heaters for the night because he couldn't start until the next morning. This I was great service. When his team came the next morning they were early and got the job done with no hassle. Highly recommend

Steve, Morgan, and Terry did a phenomenal job. Our 26 year old furnace finally died on the coldest night of the year so far. We put the job out on Home Advisor at 8:30 pm. Earthwise called us 5 minutes later. Steve met us an hour later with portable heaters. His wife also sent us some yummy hot soup. Crazy. They totally saved our bacon! Because of Covid we were super short on funds. Steve showed us a program called Craft3 that helped us get a low interest loan that we pay back on our gas bill. We were able to replace our old junker with a new high-efficiency furnace with no money down at a very reasonable price. One day after the loan was approved the new furnace was installed. The installation was flawless. Morgan explained every step as he went along to make sure we were happy. This worked out beyond my wildest expectation. High quality work, fair price and the best customer service experience of my life. I highly recommend Earthwise. They go beyond the extra mile.

Since our furnace was not working, they dropped off some space heaters to help us out while we were waiting for the repair. They were able to return the same day and replace the flame sensor for our furnace. We were happy to work with them, they were very professional.

Hired to replace blower motor in Furnace that was making excessive noise ( in its last legs). They bought, brought & replaced the blower motor. Very professional, on-time & were able to resolve the issues. Did exactly what I expected - and now the noise is gone. thank you!

Scott and Steve repaired and delivered what they said would on time and with no hidden cost. They even corrected mistakes that were made from the original contractor who installed our AC. Showed up the same afternoon as when I asked for a bid. After running diagnostics, they found the problem ( old furnace over 19 years old) and repair would be half the cost of a new one, so I decided to go new. They were able to start installing my new furnace the next day. Job was done on time. My thermostat (under warranty) stopped working and they set me up with a replacement until my new one arrived. Scott returned and installed the new one at no charge. I would highly recommend Earthwise to others as a honest upfront company delivering what was needed with no hidden cost.
