Yesterday, Friday 4 pm. I requested service for my AC. They came on short notice. Morgan was sooo professional. I watched each test he did. I am a senior and was concerned that about any unnecesary work. Thus I asked a lot of questions. He explained every step in the AC unit. plus maintenance tips. Then he programed my thermostat, He replaced the filter, tested for Freon level. It was normal.... so I knew they are honest, reputable, respectful of an elderly woman. Their rates were the most reasonable of all the places I called. I went through 10 days with no AC because I was afraid of scamming the elderly. Oh! and Steven , the owner, called Morgan during the inspection, to discuss the job... !!!! I will sing their praises, and use them again. Betty P

We had a problem with a home inspection indicating that there was a condensate leak corroding the gas ignitor. Morgan from Earthwise showed up right on time the next day and began diagnosing the problem. He quickly found that the actual issue was corrosion of the ignition sensor. He repaired the leak promptly, repaired the leaking fittings, and performed system testing. Throughout the time he was here Morgan showed me what he was doing and explained why. Basically I had the HVAC repaired and was educated in its operation at the same time. Once done he ran the system for awhile to make sure the problem was fixed and then cleaned up thoroughly. I was extremely please with the job.
