Owner Steve was prompt to reply to my initial inquiry. Was diligent in follow up to make contact & set up an appointment. Came to the house to inspect job himself, crawled around photographing problem areas.gave me an estimate on a detailed scope of work. I agreed. He came two days later w 3 technicians. They descended under the house & didn't come up for air until the job was done seven hours later. Owner Steve stayed right with them & photographed repairs. They did a great job. What started out as a repair turned into a new furnace. Eric showed me why I needed a replacement (large cracks in the heat exchanger) and walked me through my options. Installation was very professionally done with a friendly Eric and his helper. I will keep their business card handy and would call them again.

Called when AC unit broke on Saturday morning. AC was fixed by 8:30am on Monday. Quick callback, and rapid troubleshooting of the issue.

We hired Earthwise to do some Duct replacement work earlier this year. We were happy with that work so when our AC went out during the last heat wave I called them for a quote. Steve and his crew came out the next evening after finishing work for another customer, gave us an amazing quote and replaced the AC. From my call to having a new AC unit was less than 72 hours. I hope they took before and after pictures. They did amazing work. Fast, Friendly, Trustworthy, and Professional.

Response from Company:
Had to go in a very tight attic and install a bath fan. Arranged for the electrician to do the wiring and the homeowner paid the electrician directly. Went the extra mile to help the homeowner find a reliable electrician. There was additional wiring they fixed while they were at the job.

Mechanical issues came up AFTER check and cleaning. E.g Nest Thermostate functioned before but not after maintainence and had to be replaced. Compressor worked before but not after maintainence and had to be repaired.

The blower motor was very dirty and had to be removed and cleaned. The furnace was very old as well as the wiring and boards. It was bumped and shorted in the process of cleaning. The thermostat was replaced as a courtesy and the unit ran fine at the end of the service

In addition to servicing my AC unit, Earthwise also services my furnace. The response time to my request for service was almost instant and they provided excellent communication up to and during the service. They corrected several inefficiencies in my system and everything is working extremely well. Eric, the technician, explained everything at my level and had my best interest at heart - which, sadly, in this day and age is a hard service to find.
