I received a call within 5 minutes of submitting a request through Home Advisor and had a quote immediately. Our new water heater was installed quickly and without any problems. The installers asked me a few questions to make sure it was installed the way I wanted. Very professional service!

They were right in time and very communicative with the work that needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends. They worked timely and did a wonderful job. They pricing was perfect.

First thing Tues morning I had no hot water and within one hour of calling Earthwise their crew was here and ready to install a new water heater. The guys were friendly and informative. My current water heater was in a really cramped spot with furnace piping running alongside, making the area too small for the new appliance..but with much thought and some extra work for them they came up with a solution that took care of it and did a fabulous job..I do appreciate their efforts. I think the price was fair and know the job was well done. Thank you guys. They showed me how to drain the tank next year and what to look for. Iâ ll have them out for my yearly HVAC checkup.

Their technician...Morgan..Got here right when they said he would be. A very professional and friendly technician. Took his time and researched the problem. Found a few things that the previous company I used did not do . He did a very complete check of the system and had the unit back up and running in no time and the cost was much less than what I would have expected. Would VERY HIGHLY recommend Earthwise. Awesome people!! I definitely recommend Earthwise. They replaced my furnace and AC, and did a full duct replacement. First off, I have no complaints on anything. In comparing multiple estimates for the job theirs was in line with all the others. Their estimate was itemized with all things they would do/replace/fix (I actually got other estimates that only listed the brand and size of the units â which is unacceptable). They showed up on time for the estimate and the work, and the job was finished in the timeline they gave me. Everyone who came was very respectful and friendly, and wore masks and gloves since we were in the middle of the pandemic. I was working from home during the project but I was in the back of the house and not able to see them come and go, but I was never uncomfortable having them unsupervised in my home. I have a very shallow crawl space but they never complained, they just made do and sent the smallest guys down there. The crawl space was wet and a few areas with a little standing water, again no complaint they just let me know about it, laid down some tarps and went on with the work. They covered my floor on their path from the front door to the crawl space. They even moved my heavy items in the area of the work instead of asking me to do it. They took all the old stuff and cleaned up the garbage, they left it cleaner than when they started. Steve and Morgan always took the time to stop and answer my questions. While we did exceed the original budget/estimate it was only because they found all the duct work was shot (not on the original estimate). But I knew they werenâ t just selling me stuff I didnâ t need, because they showed me the old rusted out/riddled with large areas that were just gone, duct work. That was the only thing I had to pay extra for during the entire job, and they were able to do it at the time instead of having to schedule that part for a different day/week. They found some small stuff and fixed it without charging me, not even for the materials. They found a small leak in my plumbing while doing the duct work and took a video of it for me so I know the severity, so when I contact a plumber I can be sure theyâ re not quoting me more than I need. Their attention to detail was incredible, right down to sealing the holes in my foundation vents so mice canâ t get in. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
