I called the evening I came home to my furnace going out (around 5:30 pm) and they were at my house within an hour for the assessment! With my furnace being 13 years old, and not installed properly, I knew it would likely need replacing. They gave me the option of fixing it or installing a new one the right way. Since I am a new homeowner I opted for the replacement but appreciated that I had a choice. They spent all day installing the new one and also fixing every single thing wrong with the previous installation. Earthwise Heating and Cooling were fair, fast, and efficient. I am so appreciative!

Very cold day and my furnace went out, I was stressed. A friend recommended Earthwise and I was very happy they did.They came out that day and repaired it.They did point out it was an old furnace and would probably need to be replaced but they did not push it. I wish however that I had some kind of idea before they started the work how much it would cost. But after researching it seemed a fair price for getting warm again. Steve and Morgan seemed a good team, and they put up with my barking dogs.Thank you.

When our old heat pump developed problems, I selected Earthwise because they had a very high rating on HomeAdvisor. I had no other information about them or any other heating and cooling company. I contacted them on a cold Wednesday morning - they answered literally within 30 seconds. They started work the very next morning, and the job was completed by Friday afternoon (complete heat pump system replacement, including outdoor compressor unit, air handler, coil, piping, and thermostat). Everyone involved was top notch from Steve (the owner) to Morgan and Terry (the hard-working technicians who worked tirelessly in 30-degree rainy weather) and Tom the apprentice. They did an excellent job, didn't cut corners, and based on the research I did (from a lay person's perspective), I feel like the price was fair. We are very happy with our new heat pump and with Earthwise. We definitely recommend them to anyone.

I put in the request on HomeAdvisor late at night, I received a call immediately from Earthwise (which I missed), I followed up in the morning, A technician was sent right away, Problem was taken care of and, We Are A Happy Family. House is warm again :-)
