The tech that came out was professional and quick. Even with some ice on the roof he went up to assertain the problem with some vents on the roof. I paid the deposit for the troubleshooting visit. Fortunately for me, the roofing company took ownership for the damage and made the repair, so I did not need to complete the job with Earthwise Heating and Cooling.

Very professional and fast. Would hire again in the future.

Very nice working with Earthwise. They came out and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes.

They called me late Wednesday night, promised a technician at 9:00 am next morning. Showed up at 8:45 am. Found cracks in the furnace requiring replacement. By 1:00 pm had new furnace in place. What better service could you ask for?

When I spoke with the owner of this company, he did not inform me that there would be a charge for coming out to review the problem and give me an estimate on repair. The tech that came out was very nice, but I was shocked when he told me it was $99 for just showing up on my door step. This has not happened with others I have hired. Then there was the cost for the repair. I gave the quality of repair a 3 because because I did not see it as it was on the roof. I just have his word that it was done. I'm not sure I would hire this company again.

We needed a chimney cap installed. Steve responded immediately to our request and made an appointment to come out the next day. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly! He was courteous and honest and we are very pleased with the job he did and the fee he charged. We would definitely call him again anytime we need his services.
