Earthwise was extremely responsive- called me within 10 minutes of my request, came out the next day even though they were extremely busy during the heat wave. They inspected my air conditioner and replaced the capacitor. The cost was reasonable and in line with their estimate. The next day we had a power outage and the unit wouldnÂ’t restart so they came out and replaced the fuses at no charge!! I am very impressed and will use them again!!

Morgan and Steve worked very hard to accommodate my needs. They determined that my unit is too old to repair and offered me a very good price for a new one. I'm going to try and pull the money together to get it done.

Very professional and courteous. I appreciated the quick response and working with my schedule. They came after hours and conducted the fix. They were very knowledgeable and quick to identify the issue and fix. NO OVERSELLING! Morgan was great! They have my business now. I'll have them back out to conduct annual maintenance going forward and any new unit installs.

Steve Matiaco, President, came to my home, scoped the job, set up a time for his technicians to service the furnace & air conditioner. Eric and Morgan did an excellent job and kept me informed of the steps taken. Steve recommended Oregon Ducts to clean the heating ducts which was done following the furnace/ac service. Very pleased!

Highly recommended. First Steve gave me an excellent price on new - replacement furnace and central A/C units. Then Steve and his team completed the demolition and install in a very timely, courteous and professional manner. They even fixed a few things that were not done correctly when the house was built, and left the workspace nice and clean.
