The guys were terrific. Their first visit to diagnose the problem with our heat pump was the next day; a holiday! I didn't expect that! They told me (& showed me) what the problem was and gave me several options for the fix. No pushing; left me alone for a day to mull over the options. They left everything neat and clean and made sure that the unit was working properly before they left. These guys are terrific!

He was personable and sent someone out pretty quickly. We were having trouble finding anyone to do our Rheem warranty work. I would not recommend buying a Rheem water heater as their customer service was terrible.

The man who came to do the service was a 10+. He explained everything he was doing, and why it was needed and made suggestions that may be helpful for additional efficiency but never was pushy on wanting to perform work for an additional price. All in all, I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service and the price.

Every service person tried to talk me into getting a new water heater. I just wanted to be sure it had to be replaced. It did not, the thermostat is being replaced for about $300. better than $1,050 for new one! It will not last forever, but should work for a few more years.
