Amazing customer service! We could not be more impressed with Earthwise Heating and Cooling. Steven Matiaco, the owner, is an honest and hardworking person who really cares about his customers, and goes the extra mile to make sure that the job is done right and for a good price. We own a 4-plex in Beaverton that we discovered had problems with the heating system. We had just had a really bad experience with another contractor, and we were in a particularly tough situation, so we were very anxious. Steven worked extra hard to find creative solutions to our issues to help us save money, and was very good at communicating clearly throughout the whole project. The room our heating system was located in was not up to code, and the system had major problems with it. Steven found ways to install the new furnaces so that we could bring everything up to code, but also save money. When he found that he could actually do something for less than he had originally quoted us, he let us know and sent us a new contract with the lower price. He did not have to do that. He could have just kept the difference for himself, but Steven is not that type of person. He is honest, thorough, and hard-working. We have been so impressed with his willingness to go out of his way to help his customers, and we could not be happier with the work Earthwise has done for us. Thank you so much, Steven!

Easy to book, Morgan was very knowledgeable and helpful recommending for maintenance we needed and against maintenance he thought could wait. Would definitely hire him again.

Our water heater died on Sunday, so I called Steve and left a message, not expecting a callback until Monday. To my surprised he called back within an hour and set up an appointment the next day to replace the water heater. Two guys from his company showed up promptly and got the job done within 2 hours. They did a great job and were patient to explain how things work. I think we got a pretty good deal overall and there wasn't any surprise hidden costs - they even included earthquake straps and hoses that other companies charge extra for. I will definitely hire this company again!

Great customer service and prompt reply on request. Worked around my work schedule and spent a lot of extra time cleaning up the mess the fan was. Price was 400$ less than Jacobs Heating quote . My circuit board had also burned and they had one with them and replaced on came service call. Kudos!

My h20 heater went out on a friday. Most companies said they could get there until after the weekend. 3 days without hot water in December?? Earthwise came out within 2 hours and were fast and nice. Did a good job.
