Our furnace had stopped responding to the signals from the thermostat since this morning. I searched for the furnace repair company after lunch time on Angie's website and found Earthwise heating and cooling. I sent a request to them around 2 pm. I got a phone call from them within 10 minutes. I was told he would send a technician within one hour. Thomas arrived around 3pm to take a look at the furnace. He found a dusty sensor and recommended to do the general furnace maintenance which cost as much as the visit. He was pretty professional and knowledgeable. Whole experience was great! It's little after 4 pm now. I can't believe that I am already writing a review of the company. I definitely recommend Earthwise Heating and Cooling.

Because they couldn't come right away to fix our furnace, they lent us electric room heaters on Saturday. They then came first thing Monday. Instead of insisting on ordering a new part, they simply fixed the one that was malfunctioning, and then tested it several times. Very fair and reasonable price, unlike many of the larger companies, who have recently started charging two or three times what they should for the work they do.

Earthwise heating and cooling was so great!! Was here in less than two hours from when I called to find someone to work on my furnace. I was pleased how nice and told me what he was doing and going to do. Two days before snow, and very cold weather will be here. 2 days before Christmas too, Merry Christmas to me !!! EARTHWISE is awesome! I had a bad experience with another company but EARTHWISE was very communicative and went above and beyond to get my furnace up and running. The repairman, Thomas, was the best! My furnace has never been so quiet!!!

Earthwise was able to fit me in the very next day and the technician showed up earlier than scheduled. He explained things that help me keep an eye on my old furnace. While he couldn't tell me the cause of the sensor tripping, he did explain potential issues. And it worked when he left and it wasn't when he arrived, so that was the main thing!

Steve responded right away, made time to get me scheduled as soon as they could fit me in and Thomas was professional, responsive and handled a difficult situation as well as could be expected. The customer service from beginning to end was excellent. the only delay came from ordering a part that took several days due to current supply back up. Highly recommend Earthwise and Thomas.
