Hiring this company was a bad decision for many reasons. I was told that an arborist would be actively involved in managing the crew trimming. The arborist would also identify the best place for the new lemon tree. I authorized the $5000 job and never saw the arborist again. I was not happy with the trimming and the lemon tree was disappointing, more of a lemon twig. After several months of calling and writing to try to get someone to help resolve the lemon tree issue I was put in contact with one of the owners. I showed him a picture of the lemon tree they planted for $1000 then I showed him a picture of the $900 lemon tree I purchased from a local nursery. After an exhausting litany of his excuses, I agreed to a $300 credit and was assured a check would be sent right away. I had to follow up again a week later because I had not received the check, an oversight they said. You know I mustâ ve called that place at least 30 times over the past few months and the customer service person who always answers pretended every time that she had no clue who I was. I finally received the check and thought this nightmare was over. I was just notified by my bank yesterday that the check bounced, insufficient funds.

Great experience and will continue to conduct business with them.

This is the first time I have used this company and have been using them for about a month.

Price for tree trimming was similar to competitors. . Price for tree treatment was considerably more than competitorsâ therefore did not hire the company for that.

Very nice employees.... Did a great job. Didn't know how much we needed the trees trimmed till we saw the finished job 🙂
