fine quality workmanship

I did experience some confusion in scheduling. Workers arrived and performed the work just the day I was to leave town on vacation. The confusion did not impact my departure.

It was a large tree to be removed. Only one man took off the limbs, no one else was around so the limbs hit the house when they came down as well as surrounding bushes. One window screen now has a hole in it and the house paint is stained.

RIP OFF! When Nick came out to give a quote, the job was reviewed in great detail. Expectations were discussed. We decided to give this company a try. $785. To trim 3 ficus, two of which was only done on one side due to the overgrowth from neighbors trees, one queen palm, in which they cut the center stalks- looks horrible. They fixed 4 leaks from drip system. One I had to point out when they were “done”. They also put in another bubbler by citrus tree. I would have normally paid half for other companies in the valley. We wanted a company that would actually do what they said they were going to do without a bunch of hassle. Leo the Forman was arrogant and had zero customer service skills. They tried to conclude the job before it was to our satisfaction and discussion w Nick. I called Nick 30 hours ago. He just returned my call. when he saw some other reviews I did. He Says” I don’t need to hear your mouth”. Nice. He tells me he is going to file a complaint against me? I would never recommend this company. They clearly don’t have the customers satisfaction as a priority and they are no better than any other landscaper out there at half the cost.

quick and efficient, arrived when they said they would, left yard as clean as it was before they got there.

A little expensive, but quality work for sure.

All the work was done quickly & they cleaned up when they were done. I understand that they had delays because of summer storms but they did not always notify me of the changes.

I had storm damage. A tree fell into the street and crushed my wall. Design Tree had a crew at my house within a few hours.Within just a few days they had my wall up and painted. Thank you for a job well done.
