Gena and Ben really took my project seriously, and made sure that I was treated with a sense of importance, as well as accommodated the urgency of my request.

Ben is knowledgeable and helped us decide on a replacement tree, as well as giving us some in-depth info about our old tree. The men who planted our replacement tree and our new ocotillo were really pleasant guys and they did a great job with both. Our ocotillo is already greening up at the base. Some of the branches on our emerald palo verde have grown about 8 inches already. We still need to schedule our care and feeding part of the process but that will be done soon.

Tree Trimming and feeding only. I have a very mixed review... First, Nick, the arborist, who gave me the estimate was fantastic. Steven, who did the actual deep feeding on my Silk Oak also did a great job: polite & instructive. The workers who trimmed my trees all get 5 stars. The problem is that my tree work was rescheduled multiple times. I was informed at the last minute every time. What was scheduled for a Wednesday didn't get done until Saturday, so my sprinkler contractor had to work on July 4th [having originally asked for the Wed.]! Rachel in the office did her best I believe.

Ken did an excellent job. Removed a very difficult palm stump which was very close to a block wall (needed stump removed to repair wall). Great clean up job. The only drawback was they had originally scheduled the job for Tuesday, but were unable to perform work until Thursday. Otherwise, great job.

Good experience the crew arrived before time worked well together and cleaned up before they left. Would use them again.

Great crew. They arrived on-time and were fast and professional. Did an outstanding job trimming trees and even did a spotless job of cleaning up.
