This company told me I needed some arbor care fertilizer for my tall pine tree. I had them do it, and now my tree looks as if it is dying, with brown needles on nearly every branch. Prior to this, the tree was very healthy, and also it was quite expensive to do this treatment, which I now wish I hadn't.

make sure you have clear communication - perhaps take a picture and draw what you exactly expected and if they can do it. When the job was done, my tree looked like it had very bad hair cut. Good thing is it will grow back, bad thing is I spend $ for worse look!
