Design Tree Maintenance did an amazing job of grinding my olive tree stumps below grade. No one would ever know that there were tree stumps there when they completed the job. They also cleaned up and removed all debris, nd then raked over the area of removal. I am extremely pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend DTM to anyone who has tree stumps.

Design Tree Maintenance did an excellent job removing a tree stump and root under a concrete slab I had. The guys did exactly as requested and cleaned up extremely well when finished. The price was very reasonable and everyone was very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

The removal of two of my trees was done very well (totally removed and all scrap cleaned up). I would rate that part of the project as 5 stars. However the trimming of a third tree was not very well done. Apparently due to the time of year - it was determined that thinning the tree was the best for the tree - however it was thinned so much that the next wind storm demolished the rest of the limbs remaining. Not good. The tree only has two limbs surviving - and the broken limbs do not seem to be recovering.

Very professional. Cost was way less than I expected! Showed up on day scheduled not only on time, but early. Removed a huge pine tree stump & cleaned up so well that can't even tell where the tree was. I would certainly call Design Tree again for anything to do with trees be it planting a new one, trimming or tree stump removal.

I would never go with this company again. They canceled on me twice and then when they did come out to do the work they didn't to the whole job that I asked them to do. They finally had to come out for a third time to complete the job. Also, they charged my credit card twice when I addressed the problem with them I was told someone would give me a call back. I ended up having to call them back 4 days later because nobody called me back.

Tree and cacti trimming was perfect. Bush trimming and clean-up not so good. Had solar lights broken off, metal garden sign broken and left on ground, cacti left onground after trimming, Oil spots on driveway from the power saw used on tree. Price for job was actually way too high. I needed to walk front and backyards before they left, which I didn't do.

while I was very happy with the work, and estimate done previously, I had received a quote from them 6 months ago & was advised that they would match any other bids. I did receive lower bids, but when I advised Ben of that, I was told basically that the same work was not bid. i.e... different methods of stump removal. And when I did talk to the rep to contract the work & verify the cost, he set up the appointment for the next day. I don't recall if he asked if that was a good date, but unfortunately the financial aid I was receiving wasn't available until the next day. FORTUNATELY, the company did work with me on the payments.

Design Tree Maintenance gave me an honest bid from the very beginning offering more than any other bids I got for the same money. Their customer service is terrific and the arborist was very informative, professional, and friendly.

Was very diligent and removed our mesquite tree roots and all and it only took two days. The first day every thing was done except the stump (to include debris removal). It took them two trips because the tree was so big. The second day the stump was removed to include as many of the roots as they could get.
