They thinned & performed soil treatment for 7 citrus. The work was performed as laid out in the contract, and they provided the merchandise and instructions for follow-up treatment. It was expensive, and time will tell if it was worth the investment.

The quality of work was excellent. However, I think $350 for one tree is somewhat high.

Design Tree Maintenance, Inc. offered us a great price for trimming five large trees in our yard. Due to weather there was a delay, but we received a call and rescheduled at our convenience The staff arrived as scheduled, completed the work and cleanup in an efficient and competent manner. The workers were efficient and professional. We are totally happy with the service we received and plan to continue working with Design Tree Maintenance to keep our trees healthy!

Scheduling was done poorly, they showed up before or around 8 am without any notice. Other than that, the work appears to have been done satisfactorily.

Great service at a great price.

This company is beyond dishonest. We hired them to do some tree sculpting and they quoted us a certain price. After the work was completed (and it was subpar at best) we paid them. For the next two weeks we got nonstop harassing phone calls saying we owed them $100 more. We finally mailed them there own quote and they stopped harassing us. They have since called every few months trying to get more work from us. After I explained what happened in our last experience, the guy I spoke to told me was offended that I called his company dishonest. Really? What else would you call it when a company harasses you for more money than was quoted? I will never do business with this company again. Horrible. They should have been apologetic about the experience, bad customer service.
