Design Tree Maintenance did an excellent job. They trimmed two large trees in front, shaped three evergreens in back, treated the trees with nutrients and removed old grass and put down new sod (including adding 3 new sprinklers for complete coverage). From the original estimator, Ben, to the tree trimmers, to the sod layers were all very knowledgeable and did a great job. Both the front and back yard now look great. I would recommend them.

UPDATE: The places where the branches were cut were not treated and sap is pouring out making a huge mess that will then be tracked in the house. We called Wednesday and they said they were going to come out Thursday and look at it.. We told them the house was going to be listed Friday and it needed to be done by Friday noon. Unfortunately no one showed up and it is still a mess. They just called us back and said they could send some one out on Friday night for $500 as an emergency charge (despite them being told of the problem on Wednesday.) Needless to say we aren't paying this fee and are left to ourselves. We wish we hired a different company. They were very responsive, pleasant to work with, and did a good job!

Nick is a wealth of knowledge regarding tree care. The crew didn't call before they came out as requested and needed to return because the gate was locked. They need to read their paperwork. Otherwise, they did a good job.
