They came when they said they would; they charged what they said they would; they did what they said they would. Crew leader Melvin was very professional and they cleaned up when they were finished. We are very pleased with their work.

Professionally done, on time, price was somewhat high at first but after seeing all the manual work performed, it was worth it.

They did a good job on tree trimming but they are over booked and kept changing the schedule.

Dtm came in a bit high on price but were willing to negociate on price. They changed date and time but when asked compensated us for the delay. The workers were great and completed the work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up area and touched base when they arrived and before they left. This job consisted of cutting down two trees and grinding the stumps.

I would have given DTM (Design Tree Maintenance) 5 stars but their communication was lacking and flustering at times. Their estimate was the lowest out of the group that I had called. I had a large cactus removed that was against a brick wall and they were the only ones that said they could take it out without breaking the wall. The problem with the communication came into play when the work team was suppose to show in the am and didn't until the afternoon. Apparent this team got doubled book and no one called to update me. Second, when they did arrive they looked at the job and realized they needed a crane with wasn't communicated to them from the guy that gave the estimate. That issue was quickly taken care of but then I was never notified when they would show up to do the work. A couple of days later, they just did. When they did show up I was impressed with there work and how quickly they got the job done. The second team came a couple of days later to grind the stumps and also did a really good job. I will be using them again down the road and recommend them if you have patients with the communication issues.

The contractor and the crew that they use (which the contractorar is responsible for) did not follow through as the contract was written. Damages may have occurred to tree. It's been several days and I have not head from the company at all. They have not been paid and that will have to be negotiated.
