Scheduling was a nightmare with them changing things at there discretion without notification to me at all. The job was not done as per my request and understanding of the job to be done and when I called to try to understand what I had done wrong they just said it was an error in communication, but that they would be out to see if they could make it right and then never showed for that appointment. I will accept my part in not knowing exactly how the job was to be done but that is why I contracted with a professional

I placed an ad for a company with an arborist and 3 responded but this is the only one who had a certified arborist on staff. An arborist is the best solution to any tree issues. Theirs was top notch. I will refer Design Tree to others and I will use them again.

The work they did was good and what I asked for. I was amazed that I was not informed that the removal of the eucalyptus tree stump was not going to be done on the same day. My question to Austin was that "Another crew would come and do it." Did not say when. Two phone calls, Nick, the estimator and the office, later I was informed they would not come until the week of May 6th, with a phone call the night before to tell me when. So now I am tied up for another week. Why was I not told this originally?

All the employees I have dealt with, have been pleasant, prompt, responsive to all my requests. Of 3 bids, Design Tree was the lowest I have been delighted with the results of the tree shaping and all tthe passing neighbors have made positive comments.

THEY TRIMMED THE TREE IN THE RAIN AND STILL DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE TRIMMING OUT AND WHY IT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND WHEN THEY FINISHED THE HAD ME COME OUT AND CHECK THE JOB. I WAS QUITE SATISFIED. THEY ALSO DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP . I KEPT THEIR NUMBER AND WILL CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN. IN FACT A NEIGHBOR STOPPED IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AND ASKED FOR A CARD FROM THE WORKERS, APPARENTLY BECAUSE HE NEEDED WORK DONE TOO.

Excellent job I would call these professionals again.
