The workers were courteous and friendly. The work was done and the yard was cleaned completely.

They cut dead palm trees fairly timely and left the stump for a later date. Took 1.5 months for stump removal. Cut drip lines at every location and left a mess. Also chipped concrete from trowing their pick and missing their truck. Would have been cheaper and better to just rent tools from home depot. Waste of money and time since I had to fix all the problems they left.

Make sure your dates are confirmed on the work order and not verbal. If not you're service will be done at their convienence. It appears the person who provides the quote disappears and their customer service is available only if you call. They name no attempt to contact you regarding schedule changes and would only give me a "some time next week". It may have been QN isolated event but I could not get a call back from them.

Nick, the arborist, was great and the tree trimming crew did a great job with the trimming, the cutting of a huge root that was growing under a common wall and the clean up. Would recommend them and we will definitely use use them again! Friendly and professional!

They were very professional and did everything they said they would. The yard was picked up and clean.

More sales hype than delivery. Did poor job on clean up and I had to spend 2 days cleaning out debris in pool. But tree look very nice.

The service was great. the only thing that would be an improvement is communication about how the job is done. I thought the job was to be completed in one day in fact it was completed 2 different days. One day was taking the tree down then another day was grinding the stump. This was done by the same company just 2 different teams which is fine. Communicating this in the beginning eliminates any miss understanding about completion of the job and payment. thank you and I would recommend this company.
