Team arrived at specified time and imediately went to work. Trees have never looked better. Their triimming and pruning left us with "designer" trees in our front yard. I'll certainly call Design Tree Mainenance again.

The company had sent a crew over to do my job and didnt even realize it. They called after the work was done to tell me they would be later for my afternoon appt. The trees in the backyard were trimmed too much. The first wind broke one of the branches on the palm tree. After they trimmed my front palm tree the whole middle of the tree was dug off. The tree trimmer climbed the tree instead of using a saw. By doing that they tore the middle of the entire tree out. When I questioned them they said they had to do it that way. It cost me $80.00 more to get that tree fixed. I shouldn't of had to pay for their mistake on that tree.

Contact, estimate, schedule, perform the work, all happened in a short period of time. i had trees and stumps removed. The clean up work also done pretty well. The price is very reasonable and competitive. i am very satisfied.

They called the day before they were scheduled to come out to remove a pine tree and root and trim another tree to inform me they had trouble with their truck and couldn't make it. When they did come we didn't have a key to the gates at the house but they said no problem and threw the branches over the gate. They did a real good job of cleaning up and were very professional. They also did a good job of trimming the tree out front and cleaned up very well there too. They are a little expensive but they are worth it overall. It took two weeks for the company they hired to remove the stump to come back out to finish the job.
