Very glad I contacted Design Tree Maintenance. Plan on contacting them next year.

The team that performed by front and back yard trimming, shaping, and pruning did a fantastic job. They arrived according to their scheduled time window, went right to work, and completed the job efficiently. All team members were friendly and communicated well. Clean up thereafter was superb. Field sales rep, Nick, did a great job in detailing the work based on what I wanted done. Nick was very professional and shown he had great knowledge in this field of work. This company was not the cheapest of all the quotes I obtained, but they did excellent work and I had and felt good confidence in the quality of work performed.

The arborist was very polite and informative. The crew that worked on the trees did not complete a minor detail when they did the major work and it took a bit of time to get them to come back to finish. Granted, this was a very minor portion of the job so it wasn't a huge deal, but slightly frustrating nonetheless. They did ruin one of my cactus plants and scratched the sides of my house dragging tree limbs out. I understand that these things are probably a casualty of the nature of the work; still, I wish they had been a bit more careful about my other plants and my home. Though I have had similar issues with other tree trimming companies, so I still might consider using this group again in the future.

The crew that did the actual work were somewhat hard to communicate with-limited english. Other than that, they were professional and got right down to business. Cleanup was good. I would use them again.

The guys turned up on time and got right to work. They went out of their way to make sure that they got all of the stump removed so that I could place a concrete form.
